Glow.matamata.com - Jungkook BTS baru saja meluncurkan debut album solonya yang bertajuk 'GOLDEN' pada Jumat (3/11/2023) pukul 13.00 KST. Melalui kanal YouTube HYBE LABELS, idol yang akrab disapa JK ini merilis video klip lagu 'Standing Next to You' yang menjadi title track.

Sebelum merilis 'Standing Next to You', Jungkook telah mengeluarkan dua lagu dari album GOLDEN, yaitu 3D dan Seven yang menuai sukses besar. Ia pun telah membawakannya secara langsung di atas panggung Music Bank pada 13 Oktober 2023.

Member termuda alias maknae BTS ini menjelaskan, ia memilih Standing Next to You sebagai lagu utama karena yakin akan menjadi penampilan terbaik di albumnya.

"Sebelumnya, aku sudah merilis Seven dan 3D. Tapi, dalam hal performance, aku bisa bilang bahwa Standing Next to You akan jadi penampilan terbaik," kata Jungkook, dalam video perkenalan album GOLDEN kepada Dispatch.

Album GOLDEN sendiri terdiri dari 11 lagu, yaitu '3D', 'Closer to You', 'Seven', 'Standing Next to You', 'Yes or No', 'Please Don't Change', 'Hate You', 'Somebody', 'Too Sad to Dance', dan Shot Glass of Tears.
